Repurchases & returns
When you shop at WyDog, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. Exercise of the right of withdrawal presupposes that the product and its original packaging are in unchanged condition upon return. You must of course examine the product to determine its properties and function. Items such as food, treats and supplements must be returned in unopened packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards.
Customers pay the shipping fee for the returns. Otherwise, return shipping is deducted from your refund. If you choose to return the package yourself, you must ensure that the package is not sent to an agent, by postal advance or by registered mail.
When you return an item, you bear the risk when the item is sent back to us. Remember to pack the product properly so that it cannot be damaged during transport.
The original shipping cost will be refunded when an entire order is returned.
We want all goods that are sent back to us to keep all labels, original packaging and manuals if these are included. At eventual damage to product or packaging, we make a price deduction corresponding to the reduction in value. Refund will be made within 14 days after we have received your return.
If you want to make a return on a web order, put the goods you want to return in the bag or carton that your order came in.

If you as a customer want to complain about a broken or defective product, contact our customer service. The warranty only covers original manufacturing defects, i.e. defects that occurred during production.
You as a customer must contact our customer service if you have received a defective item as soon as possible after the error was discovered, a complaint made within 14 days is counted within a reasonable time.
Remember to have your order number on hand when you contact our customer service. Describe the defect on the product in as much detail as possible and feel free to send pictures. In the event of an approved complaint, we are responsible for the shipping cost. After we have received the complaint and examined the product, we will contact you.
Manufacturing defects must be found by WyDog or our subcontractor of the product, after which you will receive a free repair or new product. The complaint does not apply when we cannot find any fault in the product or when the customer has caused the damage himself such as normal wear and tear and handling errors.
All dogs are amazing individuals with different abilities to chew, claw and bite. Therefore, we cannot give any guarantee on toys. The warranty only applies if there is a manufacturing defect. Feel free to contact our customer service if you want help finding a suitable toy for your pet.
In our web shop, we unfortunately do not have the opportunity to administer exchanges for other goods or sizes, but you as a customer have a 14-day right of return. To exchange your item for another, you return according to our return terms and then order the item you want instead. All returned goods must have original packaging left.
