If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 24 hours after purchase to cancel it. So if you change your mind within that time, please, email us about your decision at [email protected] and we’ll cancel the order and refund you in full as soon as we get your request. The order can’t be cancelled after it is processed.
Returns of proper quality items
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You are under a duty to take care of the goods and will be liable for damage until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of the product or packaging damage, the order cannot be fully refunded. The value of damage will be deduced from the refund amount. All returns must include the original receipt or a note referencing your full name, e-mail you provided in the order and the order ID.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns of damaged/defective items
If you received your order damaged or defective items, please contact us no later than 5 days after receiving the package. Include the picture where the damages or flaws are seen clearly. Describe the damages, and send the description and photo(s) to [email protected] We will review the case and reship a replacement for the damaged item to you or issue a refund. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
DO NOT send the damaged item back.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The refund will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned order. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
The warranty only applies if there is a manufacturing defect.
In our web shop, we unfortunately do not have the opportunity to administer exchanges for other goods or sizes, but you as a customer have a 30-day right for return. All returned goods must have original packaging left.
